No, there are games where no Nash equilibrium exists. I hope this helps :)
There are some mighty good books out there which you might wanna look up. I've personally found this book to be really useful "Games for business and Economics" by Roy Gardner. I'm sure there are many more though. This is the book which I think Prof Levine uses for his class: H.S. Bierman and L.
